Standard shipping for all orders is 5-7 business days, excluding International orders and OH Clip-ins. Please keep in mind, our OH-Clips are Made-To-Order so standard shipping is 10-12 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

The Olivia Collection does not accept returns. All sales are final. If you feel you are experiencing a manufacturing problem please email us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to discuss exchanges and/or store credit.

Hair Care:

Does The Olivia Collection Sell Raw, Virgin, or Remy hair?

At the moment, we only carry 100% Virgin Human Hair. Our hairs are never chemically altered, but they are steam processed to create the desired curl/wave patterns. All bundles range from 1 to 1b (color services will be available soon) with cuticles in tact.
